Wesley Mission is a high profile, multi-faceted Christian organisation making a real difference in the community. We work with the most disadvantaged in our community by providing over 200 services ranging from aged care, homeless services, child and family care, counselling, employment, training and education, and health services.

Wesley KickStart Program is an innovative accommodation program supporting young people transitioning from foster care. The KickStart house is supported by external staff who support the young people with sourcing employment opportunities, developing living skills and general support as required.
We are currently seeking a candidate who will live in the house with the young people and be willing ensure it runs smoothly. The Lead Tenant will be available for support when needed, mentoring and acting as a role model to the younger tenants and assisting them in achieving their life goals.
Hours of work are flexible. This role would suit a candidate with additional study/work commitments.
Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010, Level 2 Paypoint 1. The position also includes accommodation as the successful candidate is required to reside on the premises.
