Mind Australia Limited is one of the country's leading community-managed specialist mental health service providers. We have been supporting people dealing with the day-to-day impacts of mental illness, as well as their families, friends and carers for over 40 years. As a Mental Health Practitioner you will provide information, advice, support and mentoring to families and carers to assist them to access services relevant to their health and social needs. The role requires experience in supporting family and carers to understand plans and access to NDIS and prepare for NDIS reviews.
You will be involved in a range of services that Mind provides to family and carers, which will include some overnight stays at our Recovery Retreats.
