As the Residential House Supervisor, you will be instrumental in the coordination of day to day care, nurture and development of the children and young people in accordance with their case management and individual care plans. The position will be responsible for providing thorough leadership, support and supervision to a dedicated team of Residential Care Workers, as well as participating in team planning, review and development in collaboration with the Coordinator, Case Managers and other Residential Service staff.
Reporting to the Residential Coordinator, this is a permanent full-time position and will be situated within the Eastern division of Out of Home Care (OOHC).
