We are currently looking for a well organised and proficient Business Manager to manage the financial transactions and associated accounting functions within CVA/CVNZ Finance. The role will include the provision of accurate, timely and professional accounting support for all Conservation Volunteers managed entities.

For success in this role, you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Accounting and/or Finance
• Demonstrable achievements in meeting the delivery of accounting processes within deadlines
• Prior experience in a leadership and supervisory role
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical skills
• Well-developed communication skills, verbal and written
• Prior experience within the not-for-profit sector
• A passion for working in an organisation where your contribution makes a real difference to Australia and New Zealand’s environment.
