The Executive Assistant position is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and project support to the CEO to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation. This role will also provide administrative support to the Board of Directors.
You will be part of a developing, fast-paced and diverse workplace that is committed to providing essential practical support to people seeking asylum and living in NSW.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include managing the CEO's diary and travel arrangements, planning and coordinating meetings, conference calls and similar activities, preparation of agenda and reports for Board meetings, assisting with creating presentations, drafting correspondence and ad hoc project based work.
This is a full-time continuing position. Generous salary packaging available.
